Delivery
All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom. We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
- UK Standard: £4.99 (3–5 business days) – free on orders of £50 or more
- UK Express: £6.99 (1–2 business days)
- European Union: £14.99 (5–10 business days)
- International (selected countries): £23.99 (7–14 business days)
- Rest of the world: calculated at checkout
Delivery times are estimates from dispatch. Orders outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, paid by the recipient.
Returns & refunds
- UK and EU customers can cancel within 14 days of receiving their goods, without giving a reason.
- Email iulianvisan54@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back, then return the item within 14 days.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: contact us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund, including return costs.
- Otherwise, return postage is paid by you. Digital products and courses can't be returned once accessed.
- Refunds go to your original payment method, normally within 14 days of us receiving the return.
