Welcome to The Digital Den. These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By browsing our store, creating an account, or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the store.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account details and password confidential, and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.

3. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. Until then we may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

4. Prices, currency and payment

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include applicable UK taxes where indicated, unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges and any customs or import duties are additional and are described in our Shipping Policy. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted. Payment is taken at the time you place your order using the payment methods offered at checkout.

5. Shipping and delivery

Dispatch times, delivery areas, costs and estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Returns, cancellations and refunds

Your rights to cancel an order, return an item and obtain a refund are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these Terms. This includes your 14-day right to cancel for consumers in the United Kingdom and the European Union, and how to return faulty, damaged or incorrect items.

7. Digital products and online courses

Some products we sell are digital, including downloadable content and online course access. These are delivered immediately. Once you have accessed, streamed or downloaded digital content, or started an online course, you lose your right to cancel and the product is non-refundable. If you have not accessed the content, you may cancel within 14 days for a full refund.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the store, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access to it, interfering with its normal operation, scraping its content, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this store — including text, images, logos and product photography — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute it without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, and our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We do not exclude liability for goods that are faulty or not as described, which is governed by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings in your own courts.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order, and we will update the 'Last updated' date whenever we change them.
