Ordering
How do I place an order? Add items to your cart and complete checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation by email.
Can I change my delivery address? Contact us as soon as possible – we can only amend the address before your order is dispatched.
Delivery
How much is UK delivery? Standard delivery is £4.99 and Express is £6.99. Standard delivery is free on UK orders of £50 or more.
How long will it take? We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 1–2 business days. Estimated UK delivery is 3–5 business days for Standard and 1–2 business days for Express, from dispatch.
Do you ship outside the UK? Yes. EU standard international delivery is £14.99, selected international destinations are £23.99, and other countries are calculated at checkout. Import duties and taxes may apply and are paid by the recipient.
Will I get tracking? Where the carrier provides tracking, we'll include a tracking link in your dispatch email.

Returns
Can I return an item? UK and EU customers can cancel within 14 days of receiving their goods. Contact us first at iulianvisan54@gmail.com with your order number, then send the item back within 14 days. Items must be unused and in original packaging with tags attached.
What if my item is faulty or wrong? Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and, if possible, a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund and cover the return cost.
Who pays for returns? Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you pay the return postage.
Can I return digital products? Digital products and online courses can't be returned once accessed or downloaded.

Payments
What currency do you charge in? Prices are in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
When will I get my refund? Approved refunds go to your original payment method, and we aim to process them within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
